Description

A rich and indulgent cheesecake made with a chocolate cookie crust, creamy peanut butter cheesecake filling, and chunks of Snickers bars, finished with caramel and chocolate drizzle.


Ingredients

  • 200 g chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed
  • 100 g unsalted butter, melted
  • 600 g cream cheese, softened
  • 200 g granulated sugar
  • 200 ml heavy cream
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 150 g Snickers bars, chopped
  • 100 g milk chocolate, melted
  • 80 ml caramel sauce


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 170°C (340°F). Grease and line a springform pan.
  2. Mix crushed cookies with melted butter and press firmly into the base of the pan. Chill for 15 minutes.
  3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Mix in heavy cream and vanilla extract until fully combined.
  6. Fold in chopped Snickers bars.
  7. Pour the filling over the prepared crust and smooth the top.
  8. Bake for 50–55 minutes until the center is just set.
  9. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool inside with the door slightly open for 1 hour.
  10. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  11. Before serving, drizzle with melted chocolate and caramel sauce.
