Description
A rich and indulgent cheesecake made with a chocolate cookie crust, creamy peanut butter cheesecake filling, and chunks of Snickers bars, finished with caramel and chocolate drizzle.
Ingredients
- 200 g chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed
- 100 g unsalted butter, melted
- 600 g cream cheese, softened
- 200 g granulated sugar
- 200 ml heavy cream
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 150 g Snickers bars, chopped
- 100 g milk chocolate, melted
- 80 ml caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 170°C (340°F). Grease and line a springform pan.
- Mix crushed cookies with melted butter and press firmly into the base of the pan. Chill for 15 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Mix in heavy cream and vanilla extract until fully combined.
- Fold in chopped Snickers bars.
- Pour the filling over the prepared crust and smooth the top.
- Bake for 50–55 minutes until the center is just set.
- Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool inside with the door slightly open for 1 hour.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, drizzle with melted chocolate and caramel sauce.
Notes
- Use full-fat cream cheese for best texture.
- Do not overmix to avoid cracks.
- Chilling overnight improves flavor and firmness.
