Description
A creamy, festive white chocolate fudge inspired by soft sugar cookies, featuring buttery vanilla flavor, a hint of almond, and snowy sprinkles for a winter–themed treat.
Ingredients
- 3 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1/3 cup dry sugar cookie mix
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp almond extract (optional)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup white or pastel sprinkles
Instructions
- Line an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a saucepan over medium-low heat, combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter.
- Stir continuously until the chocolate melts and the mixture becomes smooth.
- Whisk in the sugar cookie mix, vanilla extract, almond extract (if using), and salt.
- Remove from heat and fold in half of the sprinkles.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Top with the remaining sprinkles, gently pressing them in.
- Refrigerate for 2–3 hours or until firm.
- Cut into squares and serve.
