Description

A creamy, festive white chocolate fudge inspired by soft sugar cookies, featuring buttery vanilla flavor, a hint of almond, and snowy sprinkles for a winter–themed treat.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/3 cup dry sugar cookie mix
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp almond extract (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup white or pastel sprinkles


Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a saucepan over medium-low heat, combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter.
  3. Stir continuously until the chocolate melts and the mixture becomes smooth.
  4. Whisk in the sugar cookie mix, vanilla extract, almond extract (if using), and salt.
  5. Remove from heat and fold in half of the sprinkles.
  6. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  7. Top with the remaining sprinkles, gently pressing them in.
  8. Refrigerate for 2–3 hours or until firm.
  9. Cut into squares and serve.
