Description

Strawberry Cheesecake Dump Cake is an easy, irresistibly sweet dessert made by layering strawberry pie filling, a creamy cheesecake mixture, and cake mix—creating a warm, gooey, cobbler-like treat with minimal effort.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans (21 oz each) strawberry pie filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 box vanilla or white cake mix
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • Fresh strawberries for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Spread the strawberry pie filling evenly across the bottom of the dish.
  3. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Dollop the cream cheese mixture over the strawberries and gently swirl.
  5. Sprinkle the dry cake mix evenly over the top—do not stir.
  6. Drizzle melted butter evenly over the cake mix, covering as much as possible.
  7. Bake for 40–45 minutes or until the top is golden and the filling is bubbling.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving. Top with fresh strawberries if desired.

Notes

  • Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
  • Use lemon cake mix for a bright, fruity twist.
  • For richer texture, add 1/2 cup chopped cream cheese chunks instead of mixing.
