A quick and delicious Strawberry Cheesecake Dump Cake made by layering pie filling, cream cheese, cake mix, and butter for an effortless dessert.
Ingredients
- 2 cans (21 oz each) strawberry pie filling
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 box (15.25 oz) yellow cake mix
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced (optional for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spread the strawberry pie filling evenly in the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture over the pie filling.
- Sprinkle the dry cake mix evenly over the top.
- Drizzle melted butter evenly across the cake mix.
- Bake for 40–45 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving. Top with fresh strawberries if desired.
