Ingredients
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar

- 2 cups whipped topping (plus extra for garnish)
- 3 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 (3.4 oz) package instant cheesecake or vanilla pudding mix
- 1 1/2 cups cold milk

- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. Fold in whipped topping until well combined.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the chilled crust.
- In another bowl, whisk together the pudding mix and cold milk until thickened. Let sit for 5 minutes.
- Spread the pudding mixture over the cream cheese layer.
- Top with sliced strawberries and an additional layer of whipped topping.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set. Slice and serve chilled.
Notes
- Ensure the cream cheese is fully softened to avoid lumps.
- Chill the dessert overnight for best results and cleaner slices.
- You can substitute frozen strawberries (thawed and drained) if fresh are not available.
- Add white chocolate shavings on top for extra flavor.
