Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until fully combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish to form the crust. Chill for 15–20 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. Fold in whipped topping until well combined.
  3. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the chilled crust.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the pudding mix and cold milk until thickened. Let sit for 5 minutes.
  5. Spread the pudding mixture over the cream cheese layer.
  6. Top with sliced strawberries and an additional layer of whipped topping.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set. Slice and serve chilled.
