Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 (3.4 oz) box strawberry pudding mix
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed
  • 1 cup golden Oreos, crushed
  • 1/4 cup melted butter (for crumble)
  • 1 cup vanilla frosting (for topping)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Mix in the eggs and vanilla extract until fully combined.
  4. Add the strawberry pudding mix and blend well.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
  6. Slowly add the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until a soft dough forms.
