Description
A light, creamy, and fruity Strawberry Fluff Salad made with whipped topping, strawberries, and marshmallows—perfect as a quick dessert or potluck side.
Ingredients
- 1 (3 oz) package strawberry gelatin
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping, thawed
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
- 1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained
- Optional: 1/2 cup cottage cheese
Instructions
- Dissolve strawberry gelatin in boiling water, stirring until fully dissolved.
- Add cold water and stir to combine.
- Refrigerate for about 30 minutes until slightly thickened but not set.
- Fold in whipped topping until smooth.
- Gently stir in marshmallows, strawberries, pineapple, and cottage cheese if using.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
- Chill well for best texture.
- Fresh or frozen strawberries can be used.
