Description

A light, creamy, and fruity Strawberry Fluff Salad made with whipped topping, strawberries, and marshmallows—perfect as a quick dessert or potluck side.


Ingredients

  • 1 (3 oz) package strawberry gelatin
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • Optional: 1/2 cup cottage cheese


Instructions

  1. Dissolve strawberry gelatin in boiling water, stirring until fully dissolved.
  2. Add cold water and stir to combine.
  3. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes until slightly thickened but not set.
  4. Fold in whipped topping until smooth.
  5. Gently stir in marshmallows, strawberries, pineapple, and cottage cheese if using.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
