Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups almond flour
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup powdered erythritol or monk fruit sweetener
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 oz sugar-free dark chocolate, chopped
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter (for filling)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, cocoa powder, powdered sweetener, and salt.
- Stir in melted butter and vanilla extract until a dough forms.
- Press the mixture evenly into a tart pan.
- Bake crust for 10–12 minutes, then let cool.
- In a saucepan, heat heavy cream over medium heat until just simmering.
- Remove from heat and add chopped sugar-free chocolate and butter.
- Stir until smooth and glossy.
- Pour filling into cooled crust and smooth the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
- Slice and serve chilled.

- Chill overnight for a firmer texture.
